Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Seeking a babysitter with availability for 4-8 hours a week most weeks. Schedule would be flexible. Thursdays would be the most important day, ideally someone who could come for few hours on Thurs and a few hours on either Mon, Tues, or Weds. Hours would be pretty flexible (just need help with watching our daughter while we work from home, the exact hours could be tailored to what time is best for the sitter and do not need to be the same every week). We would not need sitting the second half of December or first half of January. Strong preference for a native or fluent speaker of Spanish who can speak it with our daughter. English speaking not required (I speak Spanish).
