Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Gig Harbor. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. Schedule varies and start time is 430. The oldest doesn't need much help and can get to bus on his own. Other 2 are in 3rd and 1st grade just need help getting them to bus at 830 during weekdays. My schedule does change monthly with us needed more help months I work monday thru thursday opposed to the Thursdays thru sunday.
