Position: Speech language Pathologist (SLP) Acute Rehab Unit -Med/surg

schedule: FT Days may include weekends and Holidays

Shift: 8-hour shifts

 Our Unit is a very fast paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow! We have an amazing team with over 60 staff members who embrace the team culture and delivering exceptional patient care!

 

How You'll Contribute:

 

Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.

· Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.

· Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.

· Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.

· Perform other duties as assigned

What we are Looking for:

· Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

· Experience: Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.

· License: Current SLP license and ASHA certification.

· Certifications: CPR certification required.
