Assembler Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $19/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components, product modifications, and kits according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Cut, saw, and punch DIN rail and terminal housing materials
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Package finished products for shipment and verify accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices during the assembly process
- Maintain production goals and workflow efficiency within assigned workstations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with problem-solving activities
- Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures
Assembler Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment such as calipers, tape measures, and multimeters
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of measurements, tolerances, and torque values
- Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric-to-imperial conversions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
