Quality Control Technician

Pay Range: $30 - $38/hr DOE + Incredible Benefits

Location: Denver, CO

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. + Optional OT

How you'll spend your time as a Quality Control Technician:

  • Perform first article, in process, and final inspections of machined parts.
  • Complete customer data packs, including PPAPs.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
  • Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Partner with production to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct incoming material inspections as needed.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Help maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
  • Maintain calibration records for inspection tools and equipment.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Quality Control Technician:

  • 2+ years of quality control experience in a machine shop or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
  • CMM Manager or Calypso experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow alongside a collaborative quality team.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
