Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

We are currently looking for a Heat Treater (2nd shift) to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.

As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Our requirements for the role include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
• Heat treat experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The anticipated pay range for this position is $19.50- $23.25 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.

Employees assigned to eligible shifts receive a shift differential in accordance with company policy.
