Craft & Serve with Excellence

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards

• Deliver consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, specials, and food pairings

• Verify identification and follow all Virginia alcohol service requirements

• Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service at all times

• Maintain a polished and professional bar presentation throughout the shift

Drive the Business

Great bartenders create great experiences — and great experiences drive revenue.

You will help maximize Food & Beverage performance by:

• Recommending premium spirits, cocktails, food selections, and featured offerings

• Promoting specials and hotel Food & Beverage experiences

• Accurately entering orders and processing payments through the POS system

• Protecting revenue through proper cash handling and transaction procedures

• Controlling pours, reducing waste, and supporting responsible inventory management

• Communicating product shortages, guest trends, and opportunities to management

Own Your Bar

A successful bar starts with preparation and attention to detail.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and stocking the bar before service

• Maintaining proper levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and sup
