Job Title: Assembler – 1st Shift (3-Day Weekends!)

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Rate: $17.00+ / hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Term: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality subassemblies for custom and special projects. You’ll utilize hand and power tools, read detailed blueprints, and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom components and subassemblies according to exact client specifications.
• Utilize a variety of manual hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, drivers, wrenches, torque tools).
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Inspect finished components for quality, fit, and visual defects prior to passing them along the production line.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to 5S/safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, or machine operation experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with proven proficiency using power and hand tools.
• Math & Literacy: Solid basic math skills (measurements, counting) along with strong reading and writing abilities.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read basic assembly prints or a strong willingness to learn.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift, lift up to 40 lbs comfortably, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements.
