Senior Production Manager
We're recruiting for a Senior Production Manager at a well-established food manufacturer in East Los Angeles. You'd lead a tenured team of production managers across a multi-line processing facility and own the mandate to drive efficiency, build structure, and implement continuous improvement as the company enters its next phase of growth under new leadership. This is a real operational leadership seat — not a floor supervisor role.

Title: Senior Production Manager
Location: East Los Angeles, CA — fully on-site, 5 days/week
Compensation: $80,000–$115,000+ depending on experience + full benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays)

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or food processing
• Experience managing managers or senior-level staff
• Continuous improvement mindset — Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma exposure strongly preferred
• Strong people leadership and change management skills
• Fully on-site, commutable to East Los Angeles

Strong Pluses:

• Spanish fluency
• USDA, GMP, or HACCP familiarity
• Meat, poultry, or protein processing background
• SAP or ERP experience
