Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains | Scotch Plains, NJ
$45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains. You'll work with residents to identify what's limiting their movement and create a path toward safer, more comfortable daily activity.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' mobility and develop individualized goals
Provide treatment for strength, balance, walking, and transfers
Measure progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document care and coordinate with nursing and other rehab clinicians
