Compensation & Benefits

$30+/hour plus bonus, with bonuses for installs that are completed on time, pass inspection, and result in no callbacks. Our base pay increases over time with cost-of-living raises and rewards long-term employees.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential electrical installations for homeowners throughout the Capital Region

• Finish full-day install projects on schedule

• Work safely, follow code, and make sure every job passes inspection

• Get the job right the first time, with no callbacks

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and treat every customer's home with respect

• Keep a clean, organized jobsite

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman-level electrician or higher. New York has no statewide electrical license, so we're looking for that level of skill and experience. Union journeyman card holders are welcome.

• 2-3+ years residential electrical installation experience

• Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements

• Pride in clean, professional workmanship

• The right personality for residential work and working in customers' homes

• Willing to learn and be part of a team with a great culture

• Valid driver's license

• Live within about an hour of our Albany shop

Schedule

Full-time, MondayFriday. No weekends.
