Position Overview We are actively seeking meticulous assembly professionals with practical microscope expertise to execute high-precision rework, assembly, and visual quality checks on miniature components. Success in this role demands exceptional fine motor control, stellar hand-eye coordination, steadfast patience, and the stamina to maintain strict concentration during prolonged magnification work.

Core Responsibilities


  • Execute intricate rework on micro-components utilizing a dedicated microscope station.

  • Employ tweezers and specialized hand tools to carefully extract compromised parts and precisely seat replacements.

  • Maneuver delicate, miniature items safely to prevent product damage during all phases of assembly.

  • Conduct rigorous visual inspections to differentiate between compliant and non-compliant parts.

  • Administer foundational quality assurance on your own output, independently identifying when further rework is necessary.

  • Adhere strictly to documented production procedures and established quality benchmarks.

  • Sustain high precision and uniform quality across repetitive, meticulous tasks.

  • Partner effectively with peers in both production and quality assurance to meet operational goals.

Required Qualifications


  • Proven, hands-on experience utilizing microscopes in a professional or manufacturing setting.

  • Demonstrated history of handling, inspecting, and reworking micro-components under magnification.

  • Superior hand-eye coordination and advanced fine motor capabilities.

  • Adeptness in manipulating tweezers and other high-precision hand tools.

  • Capacity to remain seated and operate under a microscope for the majority of the workday.

  • Unwavering attention to detail coupled with a steadfast commitment to quality control.

  • Aptitude for rapidly absorbing training criteria to distinguish acceptable parts from defects.

  • Mental stamina to sustain accuracy and focus during repetitive, fine-scale operations.

Preferred Background Candidates bringing experience from one or more of the following industries will be given strong preference:

  • Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) or general electronics assembly and rework.

  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly and component-level repair.

  • Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) facilities.

  • Medical device manufacturing requiring miniature part manipulation and microscope use.

  • Any precision assembly, inspection, or rework discipline involving micro-parts.
