Restaurant Shift Leader at Burrito Shak Winterville

Burrito Shak is looking to add a Shift Supervisor to our team. We are located at 2035 Flower Drive next to the new Lowe's Foods. Our ideal candidate is personable, punctual, and reliable. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus tips and 50% off all meals. This position can be full-time or part-time. We are looking for someone with both day and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operation of the store by building burritos, tacos, bowls, etc to customer preference
• Manage a shift of up to 5 team members.
• Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
• Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
• Seasons, Preps and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
• Maintain a happy and friendly attitude to help guests feel welcomed at all times.
• Daily closing/opening duties including cleanliness, daily setup, counting the drawer and locking and securing restaurant
