FOH Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate wants to grow into a long term management career and has an eagerness to learn and develop. The front of house manager oversees all operations at a restaurant (except for the kitchen). This individual shapes a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, and ensuring good customer service.

• Experience in managing a team 
• 2 years of Previous experience in a full-service restaurant required
• Experience with monthly inventories is a huge plus
• energetic personality
• LBW Knowledge is a must
• Open Table knowledge is a huge plus but I am happy to train 
• Candidate must have proven leadership skills and must be able to manage, develop, and motivate a team
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks. 
• Must be proficient with computers and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 
• Must be able to lift / carry items up to 40 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs. 
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead
