Fabricator/Welder Summary:
In this role, the Fabricator/Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Fabricator/Welder Pay Rate: $23-$27/hr.
Fabricator/Welder Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift
Fabricator/Welder Duties & Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal structures and components.
- Operate MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding equipment as required.
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform layout and fitting of parts prior to welding.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with material handling and movement of finished products.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Perform equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Complete production and quality documentation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous fabrication and welding experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding processes.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and shop equipment.
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
