Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Our 4yo is in SLP/OT learning to manage big emotions. We desire a caregiver with an RBT background or strong behavioral experience. The ideal fit will patiently help him identify feelings and reinforce his therapy homework. A parent works remotely from home most of the time but stays out of your way to let you lead the day. Key Responsibilities: Infant Care: Handle bottles, nap schedules, & early milestones. Therapy Support: Guide 4yo with emotional regulation & SLP/OT exercises as needed. Enriched Play: Balance infant & preschooler needs with engaging activities. Housekeeping: Tidy child messes & fold kids' laundry.
