Nanny Needed

We are a warm, easygoing family in Balsam Lake looking for a caring, dependable nanny for our happy 18-month-old daughter. Wed love someone who enjoys working with toddlers and is playful, engaging, patient, and comfortable taking initiative throughout the day. Our daughter loves to play, read, explore, and be outside. Responsibilities include simple meals/snacks, diaper changes, her laundry, tidying toys/play areas, and light housekeeping related to her. We both work from home and hope to find someone reliable, communicative, and interested in a long-term position. Toddler experience is preferred. We also have two friendly dogs, but pet care is not required.
