Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking a steady, experienced male caregiver to support a family with two kids (10 and 15). Looking for a calm, grounded presence in the home a few evenings a week and weekend days (schedule flexible). We are looking for someone who is comfortable when kids get disregulated, who stays steady under pressure and doesn't take things personally. Main job: be a reassuring adult presence, help keep the kids separated if things escalate, and engage them in low-key activities (games, walks, sports, food). Looking forward to hearing from you!
