Im looking for a patient, caring, and dependable caregiver for my 5-year-old son, who has autism. He is verbal but still developing his conversational skills. Id love someone with experience caring for children with autism who can engage him in play, support his communication, and help with his daily routine. He needs close supervision, as he may wander or run off. Finding someone attentive who takes the time to get to know him and makes him feel comfortable is especially important to me.
