Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Duluth. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets (we have a mini Goldendoodle) and who is CPR certified. I would considering hiring someone for a guaranteed 30-40 hrs a week who can also help with housekeeping and cooking. We traveling frequently for work and need additional over night help 1-2 times a month.
