Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Tuesday Start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or a qualifying Compact license
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med Surg setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in acute care environments
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills in fast-paced hospital settings
