Production - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay Range: 
First shift: 20.18/hr
Second shift: 20.73/hr
Third shift: 21.18/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing and powered equipment safely while following established procedures.
• Perform quality checks on corrugated box products throughout the production process.
• Assist with material setup and machine setup to support efficient production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support manufacturing operations by performing additional duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work safely and comply with all company safety regulations.
• Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and work up to 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and any available shift as needed; manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
