Dietary Aide - Now Hiring

Our client, Other Area(s) is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be part of the Dining Services department supporting the culinary team and resident dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to food safety, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a compassionate approach to serving older adults, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dietary Aide

Location: Loudon, TN

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 6:00a - 3:00p (8 hours per shift)

What's the Job?

• Support the culinary team by assisting with meal service for residents in a Senior Living community.
• Help maintain a clean, organized dining environment that supports a welcoming resident experience.
• Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout meal service.
• Work quickly and accurately to assist with food handling tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure meals and dining areas are prepared properly.

What's Needed?

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience or comfort with food handling practices and basic food service routines.
• Professional, respectful communication and a compassionate approach to serving older adults.
