The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the facilities are clean and operational by conducting repairs, improvements, and regular maintenance on fixtures and equipment. The role is crucial for maintaining the primary production lines' operational processes, meeting or exceeding requirements for safety, quality, reliability, cost, capability, and capacity at the Agrisolutions facility in Rock Island, IL.
Responsibilities- Follow PM work orders and complete them in a timely manner.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair physical assets and infrastructure.
- Record activities, supplies, and necessary components.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to evaluate needs and project plans.
- Train on and maintain robotic programming and robot operational PM on assembly lines.
- Assist with new equipment installations for production lines.
- Assist with setups on robotic welding systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical relays and switches.
- Proficiency in hydraulics.
- Understanding of heat treatment procedures, machine shop operations and processes, welding, paint, and tool and die practices.

Work EnvironmentThe role requires working in a factory environment, potentially exposed to dirt, grit, noise, and dust. Protective clothing and safety equipment are mandatory. The environment is typically lit with fluorescent or LED lights, and work may involve varying weather conditions and temperatures within the warehouse and loading dock.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
