We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for our 260-unit apartment community in the Copley/Fairlawn area.
We are fully staffed with a team of four technicians, allowing for a manageable workload and strong team support. On-call rotation is one week per month when fully staffed.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and consistent hours.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
- Perform apartment turns and unit preparation
- Preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems
- Provide professional customer service to residents
Qualifications
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong reliability and attendance
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screening (including marijuana)
Compensation & Benefits
- 4 weeks PTO (prorated in first year)
