GENERAL LABORERS

Location: Richmond, VA – Off Commerce Road
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with 2 days off per week

- 7:00 AM–3:30 PM: $16.20/hour
- 3:00 PM–11:30 PM: $16.20/hour -17.59/hour
- 7:00 PM–3:30 AM: $17.59/hour
- 11:00 PM–7:30 AM: $17.59/hour
Position Overview
A local warehouse is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support warehouse, recycling, production, staging, and shipping operations.
Employees will assist with moving and organizing materials, preparing products for delivery, feeding recyclable materials into machinery, monitoring production, stacking finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move, organize, and stage products and materials for delivery.
- Assist with loading and preparing products for upcoming deliveries.
- Feed Styrofoam and recyclable materials into recycling equipment.
- Monitor machinery and the production process.
- Collect and stack finished products onto pallets.
- Safely organize completed pallets for storage, movement, or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/staging area.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Assist with additional warehouse, production, and general labor duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to safely stack and organize products and materials.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be available to work the assigned Monday–Saturday schedule.
