Clinical Program Supervisor Senior

Job Summary

Supervise a designated clinical program and its staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsible for day-to-day operations, staff oversight, documentation review, and compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key point of accountability for program performance and client outcomes within a defined service area.

• Supervise clinical staff and daily operations of assigned program

• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate services

• Review documentation and ensure accuracy in electronic health records

• Support crisis response and escalation protocols as needed

• Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives

• Other duties as assigned
