Legal Intake Specialist

A Legal Intake Specialist is to provide friendly, empathetic customer service to individuals from the time they make initial contact with the firm into the indefinite future, thereby increasing referral business and positive reviews. Further, a Legal Intake Specialist is to provide timely and efficient intake services to screen leads, schedule case evaluations/sales meetings, and maximize the conversion rate of new clients signed to contracts.

$28,000 - $30,000 Base salary

• Intake - Taking Intake Calls

• Contacting PNCs that come through in a manner other than via telephone

• Scheduling Consultations/Sales Meetings and processing payments

• Complete PNC qualifying form

• Managing Leads in Lawmatics to Ensure Leads are in the proper portion of the pipeline

• Following up on leads as necessary

• Adding and modifying automations in Lawmatics as directed

• Drafting engagement letters for new clients and completing associated tasks in Smokeball

• Scheduling initial client meetings following successful onboarding of PNC

• GAS call to client 90 days after SB matter closed, followed by annual follow-up GAS calls

• All other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

• Intake specialist shall have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Intake specialist should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service position or equivalent

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
