Customer Account Coordinator

Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Account Coordinator in the Carrollton area. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, communication, and issue resolution for domestic customers. This role ensures orders are entered accurately and on time, inquiries are addressed promptly, and any returns, damages, or claims are resolved efficiently. The Advocate works closely with customers, Manufacturer Representatives, RVPs, and internal departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of strong order process and/or purchasing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel, Word and Outlook skills 
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience a plus
• Exhibits professional and courteous telephone demeanor.

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

Shift: DAY

Schedule:  8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday
