This facility in Missouri maintains established clinical infrastructure and protocols to support locum tenens cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient, operating room, and emergency room settings. The medical center reports steady surgical volume and provides APP support for vein harvesting in the OR and floor management. Candidates who hold an active Missouri license and DEA are preferred for this assignment.

The clinician will also round on floor patients throughout each assigned coverage period. Call coverage is structured as solo call while on assignment, with a physician associate available to take first call at night. APP support is in place for vein harvesting in the OR and for floor coverage throughout each designated period.
