- Clinical hours plus call ‐‐ 2nd call/backup, 1:2 call ratio, 3% callback
- 13 ‐ 18 patients per shift
- Low risk and high risk OB/GYN hospital setting
- Complicated deliveries ‐‐ vaginal, c‐section, breech, multiple births
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations required
- Laparoscopic procedures required ‐‐ tubal ligation, ectopic, cystectomy
- OB ultrasound skills preferred
