- 12‐hour day shifts ‐‐ 6:30 am ‐ 6:30 pm, Monday ‐ Sunday
- Average patient census of 8 ‐ 15 per shift
- Open 40‐bed ICU setting
- Bronchoscopy, central lines, and arterial lines required
- Replacing a permanent provider ‐‐ ongoing coverage
