Job details:

• Board Certified/
• Coverage needed ASAP- 12/31 FLMA gap
• Clinic Mon - Fri 8a-5p plus call. Will accept 2/3/4/5 days per week
• Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
• procedures required
• Active MI license or IMLC 
• EMR: Epic
