- 24‐hour call schedule
- 1 ‐ 3 inpatients rounded on daily, including weekends
- Average 1 ‐ 3 deliveries per day
- 2 ‐ 4 NSTs/observations daily
- Rural hospital setting
- Vaginal and cesarean deliveries required
- ED consults for OB/GYN patients as needed
