1. Pay Rates Based on Mileage
Your pay rate depends on how far the candidate lives from the facility. Distance is measured in a straight line, not driving distance.
- Local: 50 miles or less
- Radius: 51–100 miles
- Travel: 101 miles or more
Required Qualifications - ARRT: Required certification for the Radiologic Technologist.
- VT License: The candidate must apply for a Vermont state license when receiving an offer.
- Philips Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Trauma Scanning: Must be able to perform CT scans for trauma patients independently.
- Teaching Facility Experience: Experience working at a teaching hospital of a similar size is required.
- PIV Starts: The candidate must be able to start peripheral IV lines independently. This is mandatory.
- EPIC: Must have experience using the EPIC medical record system within the past two years. This is nonnegotiable.
