Location: Chewelah, Washington
Schedule: Weekend night shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts), with possible additional Thursday shifts to meet department needs. No on-call required.
Highlights:
- Dual-role position performing both CT and X-ray procedures in a 23-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Work with modern equipment including Siemens CT, Care Stream for X-ray and portable imaging, and I-site PACS
- Reduced non-billable orientation hours for experienced travelers
- Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and transportation
- Small rural hospital setting serving diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
- Epic charting system with comprehensive imaging capabilities
Requirements:
- Active Washington State license or compact license (must be in hand at submission)
- ARRT-R (Radiography) certification required
- ARRT-CT certification highly preferred; if not certified, must have documented CT experience
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT/X-Ray Technologist
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
- Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, IV starts, and venipuncture preferred
- Skills in various CT procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis imaging with and without contrast, multiplanar reconstruction, and trauma protocols
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must be willing to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
