Aiva Trans is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for Over-the-Road Dry Van opportunities. Based in Lemont, Illinois, we operate across the country and are looking for professional drivers from all states who want strong weekly miles, competitive earning potential, flexible home time, and well-equipped trucks.

Drivers can choose between mileage pay of $0.70–$0.75 CPM or 30% of weekly gross, depending on the compensation structure selected.

Driver Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
• No more than 2 standing violations within the last 3 years
• No reckless driving violations
• No accidents
• No SAP drivers

We're looking for experienced, safety-conscious drivers who can operate professionally and reliably in an OTR environment.

Escrow & Insurance

Drivers should be aware of the following deductions associated with the position:

• $2,500 escrow, collected over 10 weeks at $250 per week
• $35 per week occupational insurance
