Sales representative - Now Hiring

Property Maintenance Services | Commission-Based | Entry Level

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. Representatives will be responsible for generating new residential and commercial accounts for property maintenance services, including landscaping, cleaning, exterior maintenance, and HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through in-person, door-to-door, phone, and other sales activities
• Identify potential customers and their property-maintenance needs
• Present service options and pricing
• Develop relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Close new service agreements
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Build and manage an ongoing customer portfolio

Compensation

• 10% recurring commission on contracts you personally sell
• Commission continues automatically while the account remains active and you remain employed with the company
• Typical commission opportunities range from approximately $30 to $5,000+ per account, depending on the size and type of contract
• No commission cap
• Additional sales create additional recurring commission opportunities

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required
• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers and prospective clients
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Previous sales, customer service, property maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, or HVAC experience is a plus

About the Position

This is an opportunity to develop sales experience while building a portfolio of recurring customer accounts. Training and guidance will be provided to help new representatives learn the sales process and services offered.
