Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Parent (87 & 89) need help keeping up their home. Wanting 4 hours a week for light housekeeping and organizing. About the care needs: Someone moderately self-directed with homemaking tasks. Older would be better. My parents are educators but not patient when someone needs to be supervised to complete tasks. They can be very detailed about what they want but don't like to repeat themselves. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
