Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my 2 sons. They're in 5th and 6th grade. I have a professional career that requires meetings after hours. The caregiver would need to be reliable, consistent, and attentive. My children are mostly self-sufficient and very routinized. 1 experience developmental delay and would require some support with toileting and snack prep. I am looking for someone to start asap and meet with my family before accepting the position.
