Babysitter Needed for my Children

Ideally I need someone to get my 4-year-old on and off the bus down the road from our home. Additionally my 1-year-old is in headstart in Wantage and needs picked up by 3 p.m. Because I live down the road from my job I would leave around 8:40 and her bus comes at about 9:10. I get off work at 3:43 but her bus arrives around 3:45. Again because I work around the corner, legitimately 4 min drive I would be home by 3:50/3:55 the latest. As my husband normally works from home 2 days a week we just need help 3 days.
