Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I'm not looking for just a housecleaning. I need someone to work alongside me room by room to declutter, help organize what I keep, bag things for donation or disposal, and then clean the area we've cleared. I'd like to start with one area for a few hours and see how it goes. Is that something you do, and what would you charge? The job would continue every other week with standard cleaning.
