Responsibilities:
- Correct portions, clean and sanitized meal service area and utensils, safe food handling procedures, and measured distribution of food.
- Assist in the daily operations of the camp food and dining service to include; food preparation, set up of dining hall, serving meals, doing dishes, cleanup of all areas of kitchen and dining hall.
- Use all instruments and machines in a safe and correct manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience or desire to interact with youth from underserved areas
- Preferred: Experience in cooking
