Chemical Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Operate equipment to clean, label, fill, seal, palletize, and stretch-wrap finished crop protection products.
• Team Support: Assist operators, crew leaders, and material handlers with equipment startup, shutdown, and daily workflow.
• Documentation: Complete precise production records and paperwork.
• Plant Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and remove snow from building entrances, roofs, or railroad switches when required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Setting: Work takes place indoors and outdoors, including warehouses, loading docks, and near railcars or trailer trucks.
• Conditions: Involves exposure to varying temperatures, weather, noise, and moving machinery.
• Physical Work: Requires heavy lifting, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Safety Gear: Mandatory use of respirators, hard hats, goggles, gloves, and protective suits.

Shift Schedule

• Rotational Shifts: May rotate based on production demand across three windows:
• • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
