North Central Utility (NCU), the second-largest Utility Trailer dealer in the US, is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Alignment Technician with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to join our dynamic team. This individual is responsible for scheduling their own alignment and suspension work directly with customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work independently to perform heavy-duty vehicle alignments, frame and axle corrections, suspension repairs and rebuilds, including kingpins, shackle bushings and rear suspension bushings
• Proficient using Bee Line LC7500 computerized laser alignment system or equivalent
• Communicate directly with customers to schedule your work for the alignment pit and provide work details to service management for billing
• May mentor apprentice technicians on alignments and suspension repairs
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with Bee Line computerized laser alignment system
• Able to work independently with limited directions
• Interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate with customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free workspace
• Willing to assist other service team members as needed
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Driver's License

• Day shift, Mon-Fri (no weekends)

Our parts department has an extensive inventory of Heavy-Duty Truck/Tractor and Trailer parts. With our extensive product offerings, expert service capabilities, and geographic reach, we ensure we are a “One-Stop Shop” for truck and semi-trailer parts.
