Schedule: Monday through Friday (as needed/on call Saturdays), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview

Marsden South is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Special Services Technician to support and oversee specialized floor care and facility maintenance services throughout the Atlanta Midtown and Downtown Atlanta areas. Candidates must be willing to travel to various job sites and report to the Doraville office as needed.

This is a highly active, hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a strong work ethic. You will spend most of your shift on your feet, operating equipment, consistent lifting of various materials up to 50 pounds, and performing specialty cleaning and floor care projects. Every day is busy, and successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel between assigned locations.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates are energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where every day is busy and hands-on. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform strenuous work while maintaining a positive attitude and strong performance.

Candidates should have experience with:

• Floor services
• Stripping and waxing
• Buffing and burnishing
• Carpet extraction and carpet shampooing
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing and power washing
• Low-speed and high-speed floor machines
• Commercial floor equipment
• Working from ladders
• Commercial, industrial, office, banking, or retail environments
• Concrete polishing (preferred)
