Flooring Installer

Skilled Flooring Installer - Independent Contractor

Tired of chasing down work, dealing with customers, and paying to dump your own tear-out? Come install with Trendsetters Flooring instead.

We're a growing flooring company looking for 1-2 skilled installers to join us as independent contractors. You bring the craftsmanship, and we handle everything else.

Why installers switch to us:

• Top dollar: we pay what skilled work is actually worth
• Consistent work: a steady pipeline of jobs, no more feast or famine
• We do the legwork: materials cut, jobs measured, and everything scheduled for you
• Install materials supplied: just show up and install
• Easy loading and unloading with the right equipment: no warehouse headaches
• Free dumpster use: stop paying out of pocket to dump tear-out

You're your own boss:

• Set your own schedule and take the jobs you want, when you want them
• Paid per job, so there's no ceiling on what you can earn
• No micromanaging: we trust skilled people to do skilled work

Built on real relationships:

• We take the time to learn what you do best, so we can match you with the right jobs and keep the work flowing
• We've been working with the same installers for many, many years, because we treat people right

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience with carpet, vinyl plank, and other flooring types
• Clean, quality work you're proud to put your name on
• Reliable and professional in customers' homes

If you're a skilled installer who's tired of the hustle and wants steady, well-paid work without the headaches, let's talk.

Let us show you the Trendsetters difference.
