Tried & True Education is hiring part-time instructors for a high school Saturday Academy in St. Petersburg.

• Teach Saturday Academies from 9:00am to 12:00pm
• $60 per hour
• Curriculum and materials provided
• Paid training and ongoing support
• No grading or lesson planning

Additional after-school and summer opportunities also available.

You’ll teach a combination of fun activities, team building, and life skills, integrated with academic tutoring, math, and writing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging classes for high school students
• Provide academic tutoring and test-preparation instruction
• Explain challenging concepts clearly
• Help students develop confidence
• Create a positive, energetic classroom environment
• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach

PROGRAM STARTS OCTOBER 17th with a training the week before

What We Need From You

• An engaging and confident classroom presence
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort with high-school-level academic material
• Exceptional reliability and professionalism
• Reliable transportation to the St. Petersburg program location
• A bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress
• Availability on Saturdays

Teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, ministry, camp, theater, public-speaking, or youth-leadership experience is a plus.
