Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent . In this role, you’ll listen actively, explain coverage options clearly, and ensure every client feels informed and confident in their decisions. You will provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, taking the appropriate action based on the caller’s needs.
- Educate plan participants, employees, and other callers about their benefits to help them make informed decisions.
- Meet customer satisfaction goals and call center performance metrics.
- Use company and client policies to resolve issues when possible, or escalate to management as needed.
- Accurately input and update caller information across multiple systems.
- Ensure all communications comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania or Florida
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in a call center, high-volume customer service, retail banking, pension/retirement plan administration, or benefits administration.
- Open enrollment experience preferred
- Must have internet and hardwire capabilities and equipment (we will provide the software)
- Strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional, solutions-focused demeanor.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Maintain flexibility to work between 8 AM – 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
