Job Description
We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join a growing 3PL and e-commerce warehouse operation. This is more than a traditional picker/packer position—we are looking for someone with e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, or freight-forwarding experience who is comfortable working with computers, WMS/shipping systems, customers, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process e-commerce orders using a WMS
- Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders
- Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers
- Receive and process inbound inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Process returns and customer requests
- Follow customer-specific packing and shipping requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders and shipments
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Assist with improving warehouse processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Previous e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, or similar warehouse experience required
- Experience using a WMS or e-commerce fulfillment system
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Experience with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and dependable work ethic
Preferred Experience: ShipHero, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms.
